Our sales and marketing team were lucky enough to exhibit at the NCSG Convention & Trade Show this year in Kansas City, Missouri. The chimney community was very welcoming and excited to talk about how aerial lifts are really earning their place in the industry. The camaraderie and friendliness between the different sweep and chimney restoration services was something to be admired.
A Moment of Appreciation
When we arrived at our booth, a DINO 69XTII was already in place by our friends at Chimney Restoration of KC. We are very grateful to Chris and his team for bringing the lifts and allowing folks to get a sneak peek for themselves. It was nice meeting his staff members who were excited to have a new lift in the fleet!
Steve Scally of Fireside Sweeps made an appearance at the booth a few times to either say hello or bring people through to see the lift. He’s been an incredible supporter of RBG inc for quite some time, and we are very thankful for everything he's done over the years!

Members from all walks of the trade came to check out the machine and ask the right question: How can this machine elevate my chimney business?
Efficiency Over Scaffolding
The buzz on the floor centered on one major pain point: time. Traditional scaffolding setups can take hours—sometimes days—to build and tear down, often for a job that takes half that time to complete. We spent much of the convention demonstrating how a DINO turns a two-day setup into a twenty-minute deployment. For chimney professionals dealing with steep rooflines or difficult urban access, the ability to "drive" your workstation into place is a game-changer for the bottom line.
Safety as a Service
Beyond the speed, the conversation frequently turned to safety. The National Chimney Sweep Guild (NCSG) has always prioritized technician well-being, and the 2026 show was no different. Seeing the DINO 69XTII’s stability firsthand helped attendees visualize a world where they aren’t balancing on slick shingles or aging ladders. By providing a stable, leveled platform even on uneven terrain, these lifts aren't just tools; they are insurance policies for a company’s most valuable asset: its people.
Increasing Volume
Ultimately, the most frequent "aha!" moment for booth visitors was the realization of untapped volume. By integrating an lift like the DINO 69XTII into their fleet, sweeps found they could suddenly say "yes" to the complex jobs they used to turn down—those steep historical restorations or three-story chimneys that previously required weeks of scheduling for external scaffolding. If this isn’t high enough, the DINO 85XTD is almost certain to have the reach. This equipment doesn't just make the work easier; it expands a company’s serviceable market. Being able to bid on high-access projects with the confidence of a quick setup means more jobs completed per month and a significantly faster return on investment. In an industry where time is the most precious commodity, these lifts are the key to unlocking a higher tier of productivity and profit.
