Job Summary

RBG Inc. is seeking a reliable and organized Parts Associate to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in managing parts flow for our aerial lift products, including DINOlift, HYRAX, Dur‑A‑Lift, and other heavy equipment such as cranes, diggers, dump bodies, and more.

The Parts Associate will handle shipping and receiving, maintain inventory accuracy, assist with ordering, support technicians and customers by ensuring they receive the correct parts quickly and efficiently, and assist with loading and unloading aerial lifts, including taking units on and off trailers or containers.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and contributing to a smooth‑running parts department.

Responsibilities

Shipping & Receiving

  • Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy, and inspect items for damage
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation
  • Safely load and unload crate shipments using a forklift or pallet jack
  • Safely load and unload Aerial Work Platforms from trailers and containers

Inventory Management

  • Organize and maintain shelves, bins, and storage areas
  • Track stock levels and update inventory systems
  • Perform routine cycle counts and assist with full inventory audits
  • Identify low-stock items and communicate replenishment needs

Ordering & Parts Support

  • Assist customers with ordering parts from our vendors
  • Assist with over-the-counter sales
  • Create hydraulic hoses for over-the-counter and ordered purchases (willing to train)
  • Maintain order records, delivery timelines, and tracking information
  • Pull and distribute parts for technicians and service staff
  • Communicate clearly with the service team about parts status, availability, or backorders

General Duties

  • Maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with service, production, and administrative teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Basic computer skills (email, inventory systems, data entry)
  • Ability to lift and handle parts, boxes, and equipment
  • Forklift operation skills (or willingness to train)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills and a positive, team‑oriented mindset

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience in parts, warehousing, inventory, or shipping/receiving
  • Background in mechanical, automotive, or equipment-related industries

Job Type

Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM

  • Shift end alternates between 4:00pm-5:00pm with Parts Department Manager
  • On-site (shop/warehouse)

We are also the East Coast distributor of DINOlift Aerial Work Platforms and, beginning in late 2025, offer HYRAX Aerial Lifts sales and service throughout the Northeast.

Our team provides inspections, dielectric testing, diagnostics, repairs, remounts, and hydraulic services both in-house and on the road. We are expanding quickly and looking for motivated individuals to grow with us.
