Job Summary
RBG Inc. is looking for a Road Aerial Lift Technician to join our growing team. As an Road Technician, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of makes and models of bucket trucks and self-propelled aerial machines. You will be responsible for performing inspections, troubleshooting lifts, and completing repairs all to OSHA and ANSI standards. The ability to read and understand diagrams and parts manuals is a plus. This role requires strong time management skills and experience with the use of a variety of hand tools. You will be required to provide your own hand tools; larger equipment is provided by the company. You will be provided with a Service Truck. Gas is covered by the company. If any extended stays at a location occur, lodging and meals are covered by the company. You will be paid your hourly rate for all travel time.
Prior experience working with heavy equipment or with hydraulics is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate should they possess the ability to learn quickly and desire to grow alongside RBG Inc.

Responsibilities
-Mechanical Aptitude
-Hydraulic experience and understanding is a plus, but not required
-Dielectric Testing
-Experience with electrical wiring for lights, trailer plugs and accessories, and camera systems on a truck
-Knowledgeable with PTOs and Clutch Pump Kits
-Ability to read and interpret schematics and spec sheets
-Strong skills in trouble shooting and repairing electrical or mechanical problems
-Ability to stay on task, work independently, and practice safety measures
-Forklift skills for loading and unloading is a must
