Splicing Interior

  • One (1) Birch countertop installed on the top of the curbside side compartment structure.  Counters shall extend from the rear of the body and be approximately 96” long x 24” wide x by 2” thick.  
  • One (1) curbside corner hingedsplicing door
  • Fasclamp Fiber hold down fixture
  • Streetside compartment tops leftopen
  • Three (3) ECCO #EW602, 33” LED ceiling light, 12 vdc, switched and mounted on the ceiling above the counter.  Controlled by a switch at the rear doors
  • One (1) Ventline 14” x 14” Roof Vent, with crank open dome and 12 vdc powered integral fan.  Controlled by a switch at the rear doors  
  • One (1) 24” x 15” curbside sliding body window with screen
  • 120 VAC:
  • Install an 3500watt Predator Gas Generator on the street side of the tailshelf. The following will be included:
  • Remote Start/Stop in cab andsplicer lab
  • GE TPL Weather Resistant BreakerPanel in the streetside rear compartment
  • Install a 2000 watt Vanner inverterwith a 4D battery for powering the lights and outlets

     

  • Air Conditioning:
  • Provide a Coleman Mach 8 roof mount air conditioner with integral heat pump. The unit will provide 13,500 BTU’s of cooling and be equipped with integral ceiling mount controls.  A finish bezel will be included for the interior          
  • Heat:
  • One (1) Electric Wall Heater
  • Tailshelf:
  • Aluminum treadplate surfaced, structurally supported, 36” deep tailshelf.
  • LED ICC lightingto include stop/turn/tail and back lights
  • Curbside stepway access with two (2) aluminum grab loop access handle  
  • Flexible stepway access step
  • Rear ICC bumper with 2” receiver mounting for a future hitch, chain loops and 7 pin flat trailer socket with cover
  • Generator mounting
