With trade show season in full swing, our sales and marketing team made their way from Kansas City down to Orlando, Florida, to support DINOlift at the 2026 ARA Show. Aside from the classic trade show question “What does that bad boy run?”, the standout inquiry this year was, “What is the maintenance like?”
Rental fleet owners, arborists, chimney care professionals, and everyone who relies on these lifts need machines that stay running. Downtime is expensive, and DINO understands this, backing their products with a 3-year warranty. With the 92RXT displayed on its outriggers, it was easy to highlight service points, demonstrate proper positioning for faster fluid changes, and discuss ways to maximize the longevity of their investment.
The trip down was a heavier load than the return, with a couple of units sold directly at the show. One of the best parts of these trade shows is that if the lift is already there and available, you can walk away with either free or significantly reduced shipping, along with virtually no waiting period. Whenever possible, we bring ready‑to‑roll products to these events to give folks a chance to physically see their own purchase before they make it.
Back in January, we published a blog that discussed the potential Return on Investment (ROI) on aerial lift purchases. We supplied the basic formula used to determine ROI, and offered examples using pricing diagrams with DINO aerial lifts. At the show, we were able to sit down with interested and potential buyers to go over these costs, what they could expect to make in rental income, and most importantly: what to look forward to in maintenance fees.
After we discussed maintenance, almost every person asked the same next questions. “Okay, we understand your high level of service, now how about parts?”
At RBG Inc, we keep a well-stocked parts department for many of our products, with DINOlift not being an exception. If you need some new filters, engine service kits, or even a hydraulic hose made, our parts experts are here to answer your calls, emails, or help right over the counter.
After the show, the RBG Inc. team attended the Region 1 ARA Reception where we got to meet some leaders of the industry, and hear testimony from different members of ARA on how the association has helped them in both their professional and personal lives. We are excited for next year’s ARA Show, which will be in New Orleans, Louisiana in February of 2027! We hope to see you there!
