How It Works

Building a truck with RBG Inc. is an easy process. Summarize what we just learned.

Reach Out

Give us a call and we'll connect you with a specialized Truck Sales Executive

Build Your Quote

You will work with the Sales Executive to specify features, layout, chassis, payload, and options. The written proposal and pricing will be provided for review and confirmation

Reserve Your Build Slot - Initial Deposit

Upon approval of your quote, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your build slot and start the engineering process. The deposit secures your place in the queue and enables drawing preparation

Build Drawings & Review

Once you have made your initial deposit, the full build drawings and the specification sheet will be provided for your review. This is a time to request any adjustments you may need.

Adjustment Pricing Changes

If adjustments are requested, RBG Inc. will issue updated drawings and revised pricing. Before proceeding, any change orders and pricing changes will need to be confirmed by the customer

Build Start - Second Deposit

The start date for your build will be confirmed. This is typically 8 weeks from the confirmed start notice. At this time, a second installment of 25% is required to lock in that dat3e for a guaranteed start

Production Updates

Our Truck Sales Executives at RBG Inc. will provide regular updates on production from start to finish

Build Walk Around - Your Final Review

Prior to final assembly, you will join our team in performing a walk-around of your unit to confirm placements and any remaining additions or changes. This is your final opportunity to request changes. If final changes are made at this stage, you will be required to confirm and sign off on any pricing changes at this time.

Delivery - Final Payment

Upon completion of your build, the remaining balance is due per the contract terms. Once paid in full, delivery/pick-up will be scheduled through your Truck Sales Executive

Training at Delivery

At delivery, our RBG Inc. staff will provide full training to your team on hand, for the vehicle systems, equipment, and safe operation
